Green
Beans with Mushroom
Story
It has been a while since I
posted a new recipe. Life gets
busy. Just last week I was speaking to a
friend who mentioned, she needs to add more vegetables to her and her families’
diet. That reminded me of my family 5
years ago where we went through that transition. Now we have more vegetables than meat. You can call our meals vegetarian with meat
on the side.
I told my friend about my
blog and that also motivated me to post more vegetable recipes. I almost feel like my blog will include more
vegetable recipes than meat. People need
to have more vegetable to have a better healthier lifestyle and hopefully my
blog can help you.
